Hi David,
I wanted to give some feedback on my experience with your product.
I am absolutely thrilled with it!!
Yesterday was my first experience using your method of waking 3 hours before my event, I ate my small breakfast, went back for some more sleep and awoke feeling very good.
I got to my event and found not only was I cool calm & collected, I just
felt good.
I took a Hammer Gel about 5 minutes before the start of the race, and took two more during the half Marathon event. I never once felt low on energy or sick in my stomach.

How fantastic to just change a couple of things in my routine and feel great.
My usual routine was to eat just before the event, then eat nothing or during it, in particular if it is a run event. IM slightly different for me.
Although, I was having major problems with my nutrition on the bike and am still to experiment with your Perpetuem product.
“……I have bonked…..not once did I feel this would happen.”
I’ve also found that many times in the past, I have bonked, and had extreme cases of high heartrate… not once yesterday did I feel this would happen.
I have read your Guide to Success book & feel that I’m in complete control my my racing, nutrition & recovery… it isn’t controlling me… what a great feeling to have.
Thank you again for the advice & products. You have found a person who is a complete convert to Hammer and its products.
