How did you get into your sport: From wanting to see how far I could push both my body and mind.
Hardest thing about your sport: To get up every morning at 5am to train, day in day out, rain, hail or shine.
What does your regular training week consists of: 180kms plus of running, two hot yoga sessions, a pilates session and 2 gym sessions, around 14 sessions per week
How do you keep motivated: I set myself goals year after year and then break them down into bite size pieces. When you get results it drives you to do even better.
Goals (Future Plans and Career expectations): Back to Badwater in 2015 and the 100kms world champs in September. Keep motivating and encouraging people to take up this crazy sport as its not only fun and a great way to stay fit but you get to travel to some amazing place and meet some wonderful people.
Best piece of advice you have been given: Do more in training than your opponent.
