Sporting Accomplishment: Multiple Australian and Qld time trial champion, Australian age group champion or champions 2019, 2 x Hawaii Ironman Finisher, represented Australia in both cycling and triathlon
How did you get into your sport: I saw the Hawaii Ironman on television which prompted me into triathlon which I did for a number of years then moved solely into cycling
The hardest thing about your sport: Fitting training time in around family and work.
What does your regular training week consist of: 300-600 kilometers of cycling
How do you keep motivated: I love the challenge of riding faster and in particular Time Trailing. I am intrigued by the science being a training program and aerodynamics on a TT bike. I love the people in the sport
Goals – where to from here; World 6 hour time trial championships in November 2020 and possibly attempted at the world age group hour record.
Best piece of advice you have been given: There is only one way to get results, hard work.
